Terms of Service ("ToS")

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the customer and the Company for all laundry services rendered.

1. Services are voluntarily availed at specified rates.
2. Items are received in good faith and presumed safe for machine wash.
3. The Company does not review garment care labels. You are solely responsible for providing items suitable for machine wash or dry cleaning.
4. You are solely responsible to declare any pre-existing damage or special care needs at drop-off.
5. You must ensure garments contain no valuables (e.g., cash, coins, jewellery). The Company is not liable for any such items.
6. Services are provided "as is" basis, no special treatment unless agreed.
7. Standard industry cleaning methods are followed.
8. We are not liable for colour bleeding, shrinkage, or inherent defects.
9. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors not in our reasonable control.
10. Items must be collected from the designated point on the scheduled date, unless home delivery has been arranged to your address.
11. The Company is not liable for delays or failed delivery arising from your unavailability at the agreed location.
12. Delivery is subject to receipt of full payment.
13. Items unclaimed after 90 days may be disposed of or donated, without any liability.
14. Our Liability for loss/damage or any dispute is limited to 5 times the service charges or depreciated value of the item or Rs 1000, whichever is lower.
15. By using our service, you authorise use and sharing of personal data with our vendors/service providers.

17. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
